Children will be able to build their upper body strength time and time again on the San Mateo play apparatus which features multiple sets of monkey bars. Watch them swing like monkeys and orangutans through a jungle maze and develop their motor skills and hand-eye coordination on the Overhead Straight Rung Horizontal Ladder which is a classic monkey bar style. For more of a challenge, kids can start on the central platform and shimmy their way across the Overhead Double Parallel Bar Ladder at their own pace which is perfect for hanging on to build stamina or just swinging for fun. There are two sets of ring-style ladders where their inner gorilla will make an appearance. The Overhead Swinging Ring Ladder is a straight line across seven rings, but children who want to build their confidence can graduate to the nine-ring 90 Degree Overhead Swinging Ring Ladder. There’s also a Pull Up Bar for practicing gymnastics stunts by jumping up onto their stomachs and completing a full 360–degree rotation.
