Freight Delivery: Unloading & Optional Liftgate

Standard freight delivery does not include liftgate service or unloading assistance. The customer is responsible for unloading the shipment and providing suitable labor and equipment.

Liftgate service is an optional paid delivery service, including for residential addresses. If needed, select a shipping option that includes liftgate at checkout, where available. If no liftgate option is shown, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost.

Liftgate service does not include installation or moving equipment to its final location. Oversized crates may require a forklift or other suitable unloading equipment even when liftgate service is selected. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming unloading requirements.
