Offering a unique and interesting challenge which requires a different tactic than the overhead monkey bars, the Single Parallel Bar Ladder lets children practice swinging in a straight line. A long top bar is where the action happens and children have to work their way across it using only their hands and body movements. They can go straight forward and place one hand in front of the next, or they can choose a different but more difficult tactic and approach the bar on their side and shuffle across to the other side. Whichever method they choose it will be a great workout for their arms and shoulders, as well as improving their skills of flexibility, agility and coordination. Two vertical ladders are available at either end to help children access the main top bar. The whole structure is powder coated to protect the metal bars from moisture but also provide fantastic grip for children’s hands and feet as they use the equipment.
