Before considering a refund, we strong advise customers to contact us for assistance; often, we can resolve the problem, and returning your swing set means that the children using your play area will have to wait weeks for a new one to be installed. However, if you do still want a refund, you can return unopened items within 30 days. If you’re returning your swing set because of our mistake, we’ll pay for shipping, but otherwise, you'll need to pay to ship it back. Then, we'll issue you a refund minus a restocking fee.
