Description
Designed for Adult, Begin by gripping hand holds on each disc and rotate discs in any direction for repetitions. Next rotate disc in opposite direction for repetitions. This exercise station will work arm and shoulder muscles. For advanced users, take a step back from the station and lean forward. This position results in each repetition being more challenging. A warning and use label assists each user in proper and intended use.
