Description
The Single Station Parallel Bars a seemingly simple fitness structure which can be used to perform a wide variety of fitness activities. For most users, they will be used for gymnastic activities by pushing down on the bars to lift the user off of the ground. They can then swing back and forth, or ‘walk’ with their hands from one end of the bars to the other, providing great arm exercise. For someone with much less physical ability, especially those recovering from physical trauma, can use these bars as railings to help them walk from one side to the other while being safe and stable. The bars are sturdy and simple enough to be used in many different ways, which means that a lot of different people will be able to benefit from them. Because of this, they are a superb way to improve the flexibility and utility of your fitness area.
