This house-shaped structure is great for warming up the upper body before working out or going on a run or for a swim. It is designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles and improve physical coordination. To use, simply grip to the overhead wheel bars, put your shoulders back and twist your hips and torso. This structure feature two wheels on either side of the structure that are set to two separate heights to be accessible for most people, which means that two people can use it at once.
