Buying commercial playground equipment is simple. Here's exactly what to expect from start to finish — five easy steps and you're on your way to a new playground.
How It Works
1. 🛒 Submit Your Quote Cart
This is after you have decided on your playground equipment purchase. Your order will be sent to our representatives who will then create a quote based on your selection.
Tip: For more efficient service, place a note in the comment section if you are interested in surfacing or installation services.
2. 📧 Receive a Formal Quote From a Trusted Partner
Once your quote cart has been reviewed, an email will come with a formal quote. The quote needs to be submitted within a few weeks of purchasing to ensure the price, as shipping costs fluctuate over time.
3. 💳 Choose a Payment Method
There are four different ways to pay:
- Pay in Full — Always the simplest for both parties
- Pay a Percentage — Your sales representative will work with you on how to split the payments. One portion is paid upon ordering and the remainder is paid before shipping
- Submit a P.O. — Only available for governmental organizations

4. ✅ Verify the Details of Your Order
At this point, you will want to double-check the details of your order. You will verify:
- Color choices for the structure or item
- Shipping address
- Date of installation
- Any other project-specific details
5. 💰 Pay by Credit Card or Wire Transfer
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and most major credit cards, as well as ACH wire transfer. A salesperson will confirm colors, addresses, and other important information with you after receiving payment.
