Children will feel on top of the world playing with the Stony Brook play structure. Climbing up a rock hole climber they will gain access to an elevated platform that makes up the middle of the structure. Attached to the back of this platform are some stairs. From the middle platform children can choose to either crawl through a tube bridge, or ascend to a 72” elevated platform. Children can also get to the 72” elevated platform by climbing up a pod climber, a spiral slide is also attached to this platform. After crossing through the tube bridge children come out onto a platform that has a stump climber and craggy rock climber attached to it, as well as a double slide. The Stony Brook play structure is ADA compliant with features such as bongos, a single drum, and a ship’s wheel. The elevated platforms have hip shingle roofs to provide children with shade during sunny days. This structure is designed for children 5-12 years of age.
