The AB Series Athletic Bench is a simple but durable flat seat design well suited for schools, ball fields, swimming pools and athletic facilities of all kinds.  The benches are available with stationary and portable installation options. Specifications: FRAME: All welded steel frame construction: 3/16" steel seat support angle; frame posts and portable foot are fabricated from 2-3/8" OD steel pipe. FINISH: Hot dip galvanized finish after fabrication maximizes protection from the elements.  Or select a powder coat paint finish in your color choice. INSTALLATION:

• Model PAB is portable/surface mount so it can sit on the ground or be anchored to a hard surface.  The frame foot includes 9/16” diameter holes for anchor bolts (not included).  Use Model ANC3-4 Anchor Kit for 4', 6' and 8' benches.  Use Model ANC3-6 Anchor Kit for 15' benches.
• Model SAB is stationary/embedded mount with frame posts in concrete footings.
• Model SAB/P is stationary mounted with a bolt-down base plate on each post.  Use Model ANC3-4 Anchor Kit for 4', 6' and 8' benches.  Use Model ANC3-6 Anchor Kit for 15' benches.

LENGTH: Athletic Benches can be 4, 6 ,8 or 15 feet long using lumber planks. SEAT MATERIALS:  2" x 10"  (nom.) planks of treated #1 southern yellow pine.  See Material Options. OPTIONAL: Cover Caps, two-part aluminum caps to cover bottom of frame post for Model AB benches with embedded post or base plate mount.  Depending on the length of your bench you may need 2, 3, 4 or 5 cover caps per bench. The natural cast aluminum finish will match a hot dip galvanized frame finish.
