One side of the receptacle’s metal frame is actually a door, which can be opened to easily access the trash from the side. This is an extremely useful feature, as 32 Gallon trash bags can be quite heavy when lifted directly out of the top of the can. This side door can be securely closed when not in use and, thanks to its subtle design, guests won’t even notice that it’s there. The receptacle is made from highly durable steel which is then covered in one of MyTCoat’s tough, attractive coatings. The slat design makes the product lightweight and also avoids trapping heat during hot summer days.
